关于TNFRSF25：
Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 25 (TNFRSF25) contains 1 death domain and 4 TNFR-Cys repeats. TNFRSF25 is a cell surface receptor of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily which mediates apoptotic signalling and differentiation, activated by a monogamous ligand, known as TL1A (TNFSF15), which is rapidly upregulated in antigen presenting cells and some endothelial cells following Toll-Like Receptor or Fc receptor activation. This receptor has been shown to signal both through the TRADD adaptor molecule to stimulate NF-kappa B activity or through the FADD adaptor molecule to stimulate caspase activation and regulate cell apoptosis. It may play a role in regulating lymphocyte homeostasis.

Mouse HLA class II histocomp*(代"a")tibility antigen gamma chain (CD74), is a single-pass type II membrane glycoprotein which contains 1 thyroglobulin type-1 domain. Mouse CD74 shares 75% and 88% aa sequence identity with human and rat CD74, respectively. CD74 plays an important role in adaptive immunity, inflammation, and cancer. It plays a critical role in MHC class II antigen processing by stabilizing peptide-free class II alpha/beta heterodimers in a complex soon after their synthesis and directing transport of the complex from the endoplasmic reticulum to comp*(代"a")rtments where peptide loading of class II takes place.CD74 also associates with CD44 and binds with high affinity to the cytokine MIF, leading to inflammatory leukocyte responses, protection from tissue fibrosis, B cell proliferative and survival signaling, and the up‑regulation of angiogenic factors in endometrial stromal cells.

关于CPM：
Carboxypeptidase M (CPM) belongs to the peptidase M14 family, and exists in cell membrane. The protein binds 1 zinc ion per subunit, and cleavage of C-terminal arginine or lysine residues from polypeptides. CPM specifically removes C-terminal basic residues (Arg or Lys) from peptides and proteins. It is believed to play important roles in the control of peptide hormone and growth factor activity at the cell surface, and in the membrane-localized degradation of extracellular proteins.
