GoTaq. G2 热启动聚合酶GoTaq. G2 聚合酶是第二代GoTaq.系列产品，产品提供不同规格和包装，具有更出色的便利性和高产量、敏感性和特异性。作为专有抗体结合型热启动聚合酶，酶活在初始变性过程中得以恢复，适用于热启动PCR。GoTaq. G2 热启动聚合酶以预混液和独立包装的酶两种形式提供。GoTaq. G2 Hot Start Polymerase (GoTaq. G2 热启动聚合酶)：同时提供5X 绿色GoTaq. Flexi 缓冲液或5X 无色GoTaq. Flexi 缓冲液，以及25mM MgCl2。高性能GoTaq. G2 DNA 聚合酶与抗体结合使其聚合酶的活性被抑制，在初始变性步骤中，在扩增反应在94-95℃下加热两分钟期间聚合酶活性得以恢复。聚合酶活性在低于70℃消失或最低，可在室温配制反应体系，实现热启动PCR。热启动PCR 的优势在于对于一些扩增靶标，热启动可能消除或尽量减少引物二聚体和非特异性产物。在某些情况下，热启动PCR 可提高产量。GoTaq.G2 热启动聚合酶具有5' → 3' 核酸外切酶活性。GoTaq. G2 Hot Start Master Mixes (GoTaq. G2 热启动聚合酶预混液)：包含PCR 反应所需的必要组分( 高性能GoTaq. G2 热启动聚合酶、缓冲液、dNTPs 和已经优化的镁离子溶液)——使用者只需要加引物和模板！GoTaq. G2 Hot Start Green Master Mix 中还含有一种凝胶上样染料，可以直接用于下游凝胶分析。GoTaq. G2 Hot Start ColorlessMaster Mix 不包含上样染料，无需纯化即可用于读取荧光或吸光度数值。
