产品及特点
本产品广泛用于Southern、Northern和Western印迹杂交试验，其结合核酸的方式是共价吸附（需要312 nm UV处理5分钟）。本产品具有下列特点：
1. 每平方厘米可以吸附400-600微克的单链或双链核酸（DNA或RNA）。
2. 可用毛细管印迹法、真空法和电转法转膜，是PAGE胶转膜的唯一方法（PAGE胶不能用印迹法和真空法转膜）。本产品跟碱性转膜液兼容。
3. 短于50 nt或bp的核酸在杂交时很容易脱落。
4. 本产品韧性极好，故可以反复使用。
5. 本产品使用范围比**纤维素膜广泛。
