抗凝血酶Ⅲ（抗纤维蛋白酶Ⅲ，ATⅢ，antithrombin Ⅲ）是一种维生素K依赖的单链糖蛋白，分子量是65000。属丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂，可以抑制血液凝固过程中的所有丝氨酸蛋白酶（凝血酶及因子Ⅻα、Ⅺα、Ⅸα等等）的活性，也可以抑制胰蛋白酶和胰凝乳蛋白酶等。本产品为抗凝血酶Ⅲ水溶液，浓度为10mg/mL,pH=7.0-9.0。工作浓度为1 Inh.U/mL(活力单位定义：一个抑制单位Inh.U是指，在肝素存在下，ATⅢ灭活一个单位的25℃，pH8.1的凝血酶)。
