        香豆素 coumarin 将含有香豆素基本结构的化合物总称为香豆素(类)。是邻阔马酸的内酯,几乎所有香豆素在 7位炭上都有羟基,其它位置也常被甲氧基和烷基等所置换。也有具有类异戊二烯等复杂侧链的,具有呋喃环(呋喃香豆素)或吡喃环(吡喃香豆素)的。简单的香豆素有伞形酮、七叶亭、莨菪亭等,以糖苷的形式存在于许多植物中,特别是菊科、豆科、伞形科和禾本科中。具有复杂结构的可在伞形科、芸香科和豆科植物中见到。因有特殊香味,除用于制作香料外,还具有药理作用,例如有的可利用其毒性而以制作杀鼠

    • 香豆素植物 coumarin plants

        含有香豆素或香豆酸苷的植物。车前草、顿加豆( Tonka bean)、樱树、香草等,都属于这种植物。在这些植物的液泡里香豆酸主要以没有香气的糖苷的形态存在,由于干燥,磨碎等而与葡糖苷酶接触,但在水解的同时闭环生成香豆素,可放出芳香。  

    • 植物抗毒素 phytoalexin

      的甘薯黑疤霉酮(ipomeamarone)等。在M ller的定义中,植物抗毒素不能在健康的正常的组织中产生,但最近认为健康的正常的组织中有微量存在,而且由非病原菌侵害性的伤害(药物和切伤等)也能产生和增加。   另外在健康组织中含量比较多的酚类、香豆素,可因病原菌的侵入而显著增加,对病原微生物的生长起抑制作用,所以有的把这类物质也加入于植物抗毒素中。把植物抗毒素能抵抗植物病害的这一说法,称为植物抗毒素学说。
