    • 环式鸟嘌呤—磷酸 cyclic GMP

      缩写为 cGMp。分 2′, 3′- cGMP和 3′, 5′ -cGMP二种。前者为 RNA的酶催化分解的产物,后者在生理上具有重要作用。 3′, 5′ -cGMP是 D. F. Ashman等( 1963)在鼠尿中发现的。在动物的各种组织中广泛存在,在大肠杆菌中也有发现,在小脑和肺中含量最高。与 3′, 5′- cAMP一样,能将从细胞外来的刺激向细胞内传递,起所谓的第二信使作用。在鸟苷酸环化酶( guanylate cyclase)的作用下,由 GTA生成。可由特异的磷酸

          即 2-氨基 -6-羟基嘌呤。是组成核酸的嘌呤碱基之一。大量存在于海鸟粪( guano)中。显特有的紫外吸收波长(最大 250毫微米)。可在亚硝酸或鸟嘌呤酶的作用下生成黄嘌呤。  

    • 鸟嘌呤酶 guanase

      亦称鸟嘌呤脱氨酶(guanine deaminase)。是催化鸟嘌呤水解脱氨生成黄嘌呤和氨的反应的酶, EC3、 5、 4、 3。广泛分布于肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、胸腺等的动物组织中,在植物羽扁豆的芽中也有发现,另还存在于细菌和酵母里。
