      、准确,具有实用性,可作为近视康合剂的质量控制标准。   【关键词】  近视康合剂;原儿茶醛;芍药苷;薄层色谱法;高效液相色谱法   近视康合剂是我院应用多年的纯中药复方制剂,由丹参、当归、白芍等十二味中药组成,具有养血活血、疏肝健脾、升阳明目的作用。用于假性近视及弱视的恢复治疗,疗效显著,不良反应少。方中丹参为君药,它的活性成分有脂溶性菲醌类衍生物和水溶性酚酸类,水溶性酚酸类成分包括原儿茶醛、丹参素、原儿茶酸、丹酚酸A、B、C等。丹参制剂的质量控制标准不尽统一[1�7]。近视康合剂
