      及排水良好的砂质土壤中。块茎入药,含挥发油 1%、阿魏酸 0.02%,还含 4-羟基 -3-丁基酜内酯、大黄酚、瑟丹酸、 1( 5-羟甲基 -2-呋喃基) -9-吡啶( 3, 4, 6)吲哚、川芎嗪及异亮氨酰缬氨酸内胺。功能活血行气,祛风止痛。近年来,用于治疗冠心病、心绞痛,其所含生物碱川芎嗪(四甲基吡嗪)治疗急性闭塞性脑血管疾病疗效显著。川芎的苗叶古称靡芜,亦入药。  

    • 川芎

      伞形科藁本属多年生草本。根状茎供药用。中国始载于《神农本草经》,原名芎□,四川产的最为有名,故名川芎。现四川、江西、湖北、陕西、甘肃、贵州、云南等地均有栽培。 株高30~60厘米。根状茎呈不规则结节状团块,黄褐色,茎直立、丛生,下部的茎节膨大成盘状。二回三出羽状复叶,叶互生,叶柄基部鞘状抱茎。 川芎根状茎含挥发油、生物碱(主要有效成分为川芎嗪)、内酯类及阿魏酸等。经药理试验有镇静、降压、抑菌、抗平滑肌痉挛及增加冠脉血流量的作用。用作中药功能活血行气、祛风

    • 大孔树脂在中药成分分离中的应用

      .5%。邓少伟、马双成将川芎醇提物减压浓缩,过大孔树脂柱,先用水洗至还原糖反应呈阴性,再用30%乙醇洗脱,收集30%乙醇洗脱液,减压浓缩得川芎总提物,其中川芎嗪和阿魏酸的含量约占本品的25%~29%。如高盐度、高压、低营养、低温(特别是深海)或局部高温、无光照以及不同的生物之间等特殊甚至极端环境中,具有独特的代谢方式,其产纤维素酶的能力与特性有待发掘。海洋细菌产生的酶在高盐度下有活性,所产纤维素酶能分泌到胞外,并且产酶种类较多。因此,对海洋细菌展开广泛深入的研究,有希望获得有较高应用价值的菌株。
