。人心、肝、肺、胃经。能清热泻火、凉血。主治热病虚烦不眠、黄疸、淋病、扭伤肿痛。临床用于急性黄疸型肝炎、止血、扭挫伤等疾病。现代研究发现，栀子属植物中含有许多化学成分，如黄酮类(栀子素类)、环烯醚酮类(栀子甙类)、三萜类(栀子花酸类)、有机酸酯类(绿原酸、藏红花酸类等)，另外还含有D-甘露醇、甾醇类、三萜皂甙类、长链烷烃、醇及色素等。笔者采用超临界CO2萃取技术从栀子中萃取亲酯性成分，并进行消渴、目赤、咽痛、吐血、衄血、血痢、尿血、热毒疮疡、 GC．MS分析，现将结果报道如下。 1 材料
