植物总蛋白质微量提取试剂 (2DE)-Plant Total Protein Miniprep Kit (2DE)使用及效果
将200 mg新鲜的植物材料研磨成粉后加1 mL溶液A，继续研磨成糊状，4℃ 15000 g离心15分钟，上清中加100 μL溶液B，-20℃放至少15分钟，4℃ 15000 g离心15分钟，用1 mL溶液C洗涤沉淀两次，1 mL 溶液D洗涤沉淀一次，晾干待 用。（使用时需加入自备的200 μL 2DE上样液溶解蛋白质沉淀）。
