产品及特点
LB培养基全名是Lysogeny Broth(非Luria-Bertani),它是由美国科学家Giuseppe Bertani在1951年独立开发。但现在常用的LB配方是由Miller修改而成,主要是去掉Glucose并把NaCl浓度从0.5 g/L增加到10 g/L。本产品就是根据Miller配方制备的干粉型培养基,本产品加水灭菌后即得液体培养基,即可使用。
