Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant mB7-1. Anti-Murine B7-1 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
Catalog #:
500-P128Bt
Source :
Rabbit
Formulation :
Lyophilized from sterile-filtered PBS solution
Stability :
The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 2 years when kept at -200 C.
Reconstitution:
The biotinylated antibody should be reconstituted to a concentration of 50 µg/ml with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA. This solution can be stored at 40 C for at least one month without detectable loss of activity. Frozen aliquots of this solution are stable for at least 6 months when kept at -200 C. Avoid more than one freeze-thaw cycle.
Applications :
Elisa
Direct:To detect mB7-1 by direct ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mB7-1. Sandwich:To detect mB7-1 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with ’s Polyclonal Anti-Murine B7-1 (500-P128) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mB7-1.
Western Blot
To detect mB7-1 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mB7-1 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
