大家好：请问有人用过GIBCO的neurobasal 培养基吗？这种培养基PH值是7.1，渗透压是225，但是很容易就变碱了，GIBCO公司建议不加HEPES，你们遇到过这种情况吗〉、？怎么处理的 答1：我们一直用GIBCO的neurobasal培养基，也碰到类似的情况，用一段时间后，培养基的颜色明显和刚买来的时候不一样，变红很多，但我感觉下来对细胞影响不大，并没有碰到细胞养不好
为淡黄中带一点微红，SH30070和SH30396对比就很明显，特级胎牛血清基本就能进行干细胞培养。北美血清还有一个显著特点就是每瓶血清都能溯源，这对一些大型的疫苗厂、药厂尤为重要。 4、澳洲血清，来源主要是新西兰和澳大利亚，这是在北美血清禁运之后进入中国市场的，一般不具有溯源功能，由于生产、运输等原因，价格相对来说比较贵。拿Gibco的10099和16000相比较，后者质量等级更高，颜色更淡，性价比更高。
