青霉素浓缩法（ampicillin enriching technique）

　　 利用青霉素特异性地杀死野生型细胞、保留营养缺陷型细胞的方法。青霉素能抑制细菌细胞壁的合成，所以只能杀死生长繁殖中的细菌，而不能杀死停止分裂的细菌。在只能使野生型生长而不能使突变型生长的选择性液体培养基中，野生型被青霉素杀死，而突变型则不被杀死，从而淘汰野生型，使突变型得以浓缩。可适用于细菌和放线菌，是营养缺陷型突变体筛选的常用方法之一。
