如何保存和分装Anti-Collagen IV antibody (Biotin)抗体？
抗体保存应避免反复冻融，分装可以最大限度减少冻融对抗体造成的损坏，还可避免多次从同一管中移取抗体而引入污染。对于绝大多数抗体而言，分装为小等份在-20℃或-80℃下冻存是最佳的保存条件。但是每份不应该少于10 uL。分装的体积越小，抗体的 浓度受蒸发和管壁吸附的影响就会越大。大多数情况下，抗体在4 °C条件下能够保存1-2周。但是为了防止微生物污染，少量抗体可加入适当 浓度的NaN3。如果要用抗体对活细胞进行染色或处理，或者要用抗体进行体内研究，则不能使用含NaN3的抗体制备物；这种抗菌剂对大部分生物体都有毒害作用。部分加甘油的抗体，可直接储存在-20℃。
