lanzhou3242 我想问一下，到底是 Rhodamine 123黄绿色荧光强度越强，线粒体膜势能越高，还是相反？ 有的说Rhodamine 123进入活细胞的线粒体后显示的荧光是弱的或者是不发光的， 而有的说被活细胞线粒体俘获后显示很强的荧光强度， 我做药物对细胞凋亡的影响，是不是control应该很强，而随着凋亡的增加，其线粒体膜势能降低，所以黄绿色荧光强度更弱？ fis1314
