VE-Cadherin antibody [GT1369] detects VE-Cadherin protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human cervical carcinoma.
VE-Cadherin stained by VE-Cadherin antibody [GT1369] (GTX633705) diluted at 1:200.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
VE-cadherin antibody [GT1369] detects VE-cadherin protein at cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HUVEC cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: VE-cadherin protein stained by VE-cadherin antibody [GT1369] (GTX633705) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VE-Cadherin antibody [GT1369] (GTX633705) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
