产品简介：
One Step RT Premix是一步法（One Step）RT PCR反应的专用试剂，反应过程在同一管内连续进行，避免开管，能有效防止污染。本品含有高温反转录酶（RNase H-）和新型热启动酶，采用优化配方的专用Buffer，具有更高的反转录和PCR扩增效率，适合于低浓度RNA模板的高灵敏度扩增。

保存条件：
-20℃保存一年，避免反复冻融。
技术说明：
1、 该体系常用50℃进行反转录反应，可以在45℃~60℃范围内进行反转录温度优化；根据反应特征不同，可以在10~30分钟内对反转录时间进行优化；
2、 该体系所用的反转录酶是在MMLV基础上进行了基因改造，去除了RNaseH活性，使其具有更高的温度耐受性和反转录温度，对RNA复杂结构模板具有更高的反转录效率；
3、 该体系具有更好的体系稳定性和适用性，非常适合于病毒、组织等样本提取RNA复杂模板的检测。
