ELISA detection of CXCL16 using GTX632390 for capture at a concentration of 5 μg/mL and for detection GTX116706 at a concentration of 1 μg/mL. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was diluted at 1:5,000-1:10,000 and used to detect the primary antibody.
