The Parkin antibody was tested to detect Parkin levels in stable Hek cells expressing Parkin. Antibody dilutions: 1:250 and 1:1000 Hek cell lysate used: 50ug (lanes 1 &4); 100 ug (lanes 2&5); 200ug (lanes 3&6).
The Parkin antibody was tested to pulldown enodgenously expressed Parkin in HIT-T15 cells (Lane 1, HIT-T15 cells; Lane 2, negative control) and transiently transfected Parkin in Hek cells (Lane 2, Hek cells; Lane 4 negative control).
