Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (60 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATM antibody (GTX132147) diluted at 1:500.
ATM antibody detects ATM protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: ATM protein stained by ATM antibody (GTX132147) diluted at 1:500.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.
Scale bar = 10 μm.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATM antibody (GTX132147) diluted at 1:1000.
