MBP antibody Immunoprecipitation of MBP tag protein. E. coli lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation using (B) normal rabbit IgG or (C) 0.5 ug of anti-MBP antibody (GTX124267). (A) Input, 0.2ug of E.coli lysates. The precipitated protein was detected by GTX124267 diluted at 1:2000. EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG Kit was used in Western blot.
