Wild-type (WT) and Interferon gamma Receptor 1 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Interferon gamma Receptor 1 antibody (GTX103098) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
HepG2 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Interferon gamma Receptor 1 antibody (GTX103098) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Interferon gamma Receptor 1 antibody detects Interferon gamma Receptor 1 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Interferon gamma Receptor 1 antibody (GTX103098) diluted by 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
