Whole cell extract (50 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myosin Light Chain 2 (MLC-2v) antibody (GTX100714) diluted at 1:30000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myosin Light Chain 2 antibody (GTX100714) diluted at 1:20000.
