腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)已被用作处理巨噬细胞用无血清培养基(SFM)的一种成分。
Biochem/physiol Actions
腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)参与腺苷脱氨为肌苷和2′脱氧腺苷脱氨基成为 2′-脱氧肌苷的过程。
腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)可催化腺苷类似物脱氨基,形成相应的肌苷类似物。它在结肠直肠癌中的浓度很高,并且是一种强效的结核性胸膜炎标志物。ADA缺乏会影响T-和B-淋巴细胞,从而引起严重联合免疫缺陷(SCID),最终导致淋巴细胞减少症。
