Taq DNA polymerase具有能末端加A功能，产物可用于TA链接；不适合用于重叠PCR第一轮产物的扩增。
延伸速度1-2 kb/min；有效扩增长度：简单模板5 kb，复杂模板3 kb。

产品特点：
优化的buffer体系能消除模板形成的GC-loop，有利于高GC或者局部高GC模板的扩增；
能减少引物与模板不稳定的非特异性结合，提高了特异性和复杂模板扩增的灵敏性，尤其适合用于低拷贝模板和微量模板的扩增；
不适合简并引物的扩增，使用简并引物建议使用pfu或者Taq plus。
