文 献：Leelamine is a diterpene amine and an inhibitor of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDK) (IC50 = 9.5 μM). It lowered blood glucose level in the diabetic ob/ob mouse model. Aicher T.D., et al. "Triterpene and diterpene inhibitors of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDK)." Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett. 9: 2223-2228 (1999). This research compound is the hydrochloride salt form of leelamine. We also offer the free base form; please see Leelamine, Free Base, Cat. No. [L-9888] Leelamine reduced basal and rosiglitazone-activated glyceroneogenesis. Cadoudal T., et al. "Pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 4: regulation by thiazolidinediones and implication in glyceroneogenesis in adipose tissue." Diabetes 57: 2272-2279 (2008). Leelamine was more effective at inhibiting cultured melanoma cell survival than normal cells, with average IC50 values of 2 and 9.3 µM, respectively. licanming 我在sigma上看到许多Bisindolylmaleimide，有Bisindolylmaleimide I II IV V VI VII VIII acetate salt X hydrochloride XI hydrochloride I hydrochloride等10中不同的试剂，有些说是针对大鼠脑PKC的（说明书），我不知是否指组织特异性（英文理解力有限）？但I II VI我还未看出有什么区别！文献大多选用I，但I要9000多人民
