The StrepMan consists of a plastic frame with two embedded permanent magnets and accommodates two different tube sizes (2x 15 ml and 2x 50 ml conical reaction tubes). It can be used for magnetic cell isolation with microbeads such as Strep-Tactin® Magnetic Microbeads.
