碳酸酐酶ⅤA(CA5A)多克隆抗体 ANTIBODY SPECIFITY
The antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CA5A. It has been selected for its ability to recognize CA5A in immunohistochemical staining and western blotting.
APPLICATIONS
Western blotting: 1:50-400
Immunocytochemistry in formalin fixed cells: 1:50-500

Content: The quality control contains recombinant CA5A (Arg7~Lys179) disposed in loading buffer.
Usage: 10uL per well when 3,3'-Diaminobenzidine(DAB) as the substrate.
5uL per well when used in enhanced chemilumescent (ECL).
Note: The quality control is specifically manufactured as the positive control. Not used for other purposes.
Loading Buffer: 100mM Tris(pH8.8), 2% SDS, 200mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, BPB 0.01%, NaN3 0.02%.

D-Hanks液中漂洗，用眼科剪仔细清除脂肪、包膜、血管等胰外组织，转入青霉素小瓶中，加入少量无菌D-Hanks液，用眼科剪剪成0.1-1.0mm3大小的碎片，用滴管轻轻吸出上层细小脂肪碎块和油滴，再用无菌D-Hanks液反复清洗8~10次，加入10倍体积无菌消化酶液[胰蛋白酶-胶原酶消化液：0.05g胰蛋白酶(Sigma)，0.025g Ⅴ型胶原酶(Sigma，663U/mg)，0.05g葡萄糖，溶于100 mL无Ca2+、Mg2+的0.01mol/LPBS（pH值为7.4）溶液，用0.22μm微孔
