1.MACS分离系统被开发用于分离人和动物细胞。此外，它还可以用于植物原生质体、细菌、细胞器和其它生物颗粒的分离。例如，待分离的细胞首先用超顺磁性MACS微珠进行磁性标记。磁性标记后，细胞通过放置在MACS分离器强永磁体中的MACS柱。柱中的铁磁球将磁场放大10000倍，从而产生高梯度。未标记的细胞通过，而磁性标记的细胞则保留在柱内。移除柱子后，保留的部分可以被洗脱。标记部分和非标记部分均完全回收。
使用说明：
1. 将 OctoMACS Separator 连接到 MACS MultiStand。将 OctoMACS Separator 连接到 MACS MultiStand 时要小心，以免夹住手指。因此，只能触摸分离器底部和顶部灰色标记的区域中的磁铁。将分离器放置在 MACS MultiStand 附近，然后在 MACS MultiStand 上轻轻滑动，直至磁铁正确对齐。
2. 将柱翼朝前放入 OctoMACS Separator 的磁场中。
