药还有西沙必利（cisapride），它能促进食管、胃、小肠直至结肠的运动。无锥体外系、催乳素释放及胃酸分泌等不良反应。能促使肠壁肌层神经丛释放乙酰胆碱。t 1/2 为10小时。用于治疗胃肠运动障碍性疾病，包括胃食管返流、慢性功能性和非溃疡性消化不良，胃轻瘫及便秘等有良好效果，每日3次，每次10mg。 奥丹西隆 奥丹西隆（ondansetron）能选择性阻断中枢及迷走神经传入纤维5-HT 3 受体，产生强大止吐作用
立酮（domperidone）又名马丁林（motilium）阻断多巴胺受体而止吐。不易通透血脑屏障。外周作用能阻断多巴胺对胃肠肌层神经丛突触后胆碱能神经元的抑制作用，加强胃肠蠕动，促进胃的排空与协调胃肠运动，防止食物返流，发挥胃肠促动药的作用。生物利用度较低，t 1/2 为7小时，主要经肝代谢。对偏头痛、颅外伤，放射治疗引起恶心、呕吐有效，对胃肠运动障碍性疾病也有效。不良反应较轻，遇有轻度腹部痉挛，注射给药引起过敏。 胃肠促动药还有西沙必利（cisapride
