Integrin alpha 5 antibody detects Integrin alpha 5 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Integrin alpha 5 antibody (GTX130705) diluted at 1:5000.
Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Integrin alpha 5 antibody (GTX130705) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Integrin alpha 5 antibody (GTX130705) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
