Myc antibody Immunoprecipitation of Myc tagged protein. HeLa transfected lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation using (B) normal rabbit IgG or (C) 2.5 ug of anti-Myc antibody (GTX115046). (A) Input, 15ug of HeLa transfected lysates. The precipitated protein was detected by GTX115046 diluted at 1:10000. EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG Kit (GTX225856-01) was used in Western blot.
Immunofluorescence analysis of PFA-fixed Myc tag transfected HeLa, using Myc tag(GTX115046) antibody (green) at 1:3000 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (red) at 1:2500.
Myc tag antibody detects Myc tag protein by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.Green: Myc-tag tagged protein stained by Myc tag antibody (GTX115046) diluted at 1:500.Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myc tag antibody (GTX115046) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
