In Vivo: Chlorpheniramine maleate (10 mg/kg, p.o) inhibits scratching in Ovalbumin (HY-W250978)-challenged BALB/c mice.

文献和实验与氨茶碱复合物，预防晕动病，行前半小时服50mg。 盐酸异丙嗪（promethazine hydrochloride；非那根,phenergan）片剂,1.25～25mg/次,2～3次/日。注射剂，25～50mg/次，肌内或静脉注射。 盐酸吡苄明（pyribenzamine hydrochloride去敏灵,扑敏宁）片剂,25～50mg/次,3次/日。 马来酸氯苯那敏（chlorpheniramine maleate,扑尔敏）片剂,4mg/次,3次/日，小儿0.35mg
离子浓度下降。用药4周，在内窥镜检查下，十二指肠溃疡愈合率为77%～92%。晚饭时1次给药疗效与一日多次给药的疗效相仿或更佳。对 胃溃疡 疗效发挥较慢，用药8周愈合率为75%～88%。雷尼替丁尼扎替丁抑制胃酸分泌作用比西米替丁强4～10倍，法莫丁比西米替丁强20～50倍。 【体内过程】本类药物口服吸收良好，但首关消除使生物利用度降为50%～60%。消除t1/2尼扎替丁为1.3小时，其他三药为2～3小时。大部分药物以原形经肾排出，但肝功能不良者雷尼替丁半衰期明显延长
