该细胞系来自 24 岁亚洲男性。细胞包含单个细胞核，Southernblot 可检测到乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA，不表达乙肝病毒基因组 RNA，需在 2 级生物安全防护操作。

一、培养基及培养冻存条件准备：

Sodium Pyruvate丙tong酸钠 ( iCell-01100 ) 1%
GlutaMAX-1谷氨酰胺 ( iCell-0900 ) 1%
P/S青霉素-链霉素 （iCell-15140-122） 1%
2. 培养条件：气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37摄氏度，培养箱湿度为70%-80%。
3. 冻存液：90%血清，10%DMSO，现用现配。
