我做的是大鼠肾脏 MMP-9 和 PAI-1 的免疫组化染色。MMP-9 为山羊抗鼠的，PAI-1 为兔抗鼠的，均为中山公司产品。选用中山公司相应的二抗试剂盒。反复做了好几批片子可结果总是不尽如人意，背景颜色比较深，难以判断阳性结果。 具体步骤如下： 1、石蜡包埋组织切片 4μm，用的是中山公司的多聚赖氨酸防脱片的玻片，捞片后置 60℃ 烤箱烤片 2-4 小时。 2、半月后，脱蜡水化 3、PBS 液冲洗，3 分钟×3； 4、切片置于 1％triton-x-100
