Recombinant Human Dynein Axonemal Light Chain 4
Synonyms Dynein light chain 4 axonemal, DNAL4, PIG27.
Introduction DNAL4 is a member of the dynein light chain family. DNAL4 is a component of the dynein motor complex in cells that converts the chemical energy contained in ATP into the mechanical energy of movement. Dynein transports various cellular cargos by moving the length of cytoskeletal microtubules towards the minus-end of the microtubule, which is typically oriented towards the cell center.
Recombinant Human Dynein Axonemal Light Chain 4Description DNAL4 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 125 amino acids (1-105 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 14.1kDa.
DNAL4 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
