弹性蛋白酶 Elastase

弹性蛋白酶 Elastase 来源于猪胰脏，分子质量25.9KD，PH8.5.弹性蛋白酶水解的蛋白底物的种类繁多，但也有其独特性，它能够水解弹性蛋白，胰蛋白酶，糜蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶不能作用的底物。大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂和激肽释放酶抑制剂抑制蛋白水解，但无弹性蛋白离解活性。

稳定性/储存：弹性蛋白酶在pH值≤3.5时不稳定。2-8° C干粉稳定贮存6-12个月。

弹性蛋白酶产品代码：ES和ESL在中性pH值和在浓度大于0.25％时溶解性差。当用反应混合物或培养基稀释弹性蛋白酶之前，调整kcl或碱性缓冲液的离子强度或PH值有助于弹性蛋白酶的溶解，当pH4.0-10.4时稳定。

技术说明：1 SucAla3NA单位大约相当于6倍的弹力蛋白酶的消化单位。应用无菌水进行溶解，以避免细菌污染。由于悬浮液的粘稠性（代号：ES的小瓶包装）应用水冲洗以保持浓度。
