3DNA Dendrimer技术
3DNA Dendrimer是由多个交错的自然或合成的3DNA单体结构单位组成的复杂的分枝状分子构型。每个3DNA单体由两条中央部分互补的DNA链组成，退火时两条链会形成一个中间双链两头单链的结构。3DNA单体之间的单链通过碱基互补组成了3DNA Dendrimer构型。3DNA Dendrimer的单链是标记物的结合位点。

信号增强作用：每个3DNA Dendrimer分子平均可以结合200分子的标记物，因此杂交时信号增强了200倍以上

Starfish原位探针试剂盒
研究人员对3DNA Dendrimer分子上的特异性序列进行荧光标记，每个探针能带上200个荧光标记。Starfish hybridization protocol对寡核苷酸链或cDNA探针采用荧光标记，并对这一实验方案进行优化使其更适合细胞质的靶分子。Starfish系列产品中还包括荧光标记的阴性和阳性对照试剂盒。

3DNA blot probe
包括特异的短寡核苷酸链探针和灵敏的长cDNA探针。3DNA探针与18个碱基的寡核苷酸的结合反应可用于检测点突变和研究多样性。3DNA Blot Probe 试剂盒既可以用同位素标记也能用化学发光标记。所有的3DNA Blot Probe 试剂盒都能提供快捷的探针准备和简单省时的杂交实验方案。
