Polyclonal Antibody against Phosphorylated Neurofilament NF-H Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Antiserum Host Neurofilament NF-H Polyclonal AntibodyRabbit Specificity Neurofilaments can be defined as the intermediate or 10nm diameter filaments found in neuronal cells. They are composed a mixture of subunits which often includes the neurofilament triplet proteins, NF-L, NF-M and NF-H. Neurofilaments may also include peripherin, a-internexin, nestin and in some cases vimentin. Antibodies to the various neurofilament subunits are very useful cell type markers since the proteins are quite abundant, biochemically stable.
This antiserum was raised in rabbit against purified bovine NF-H and will detect phosphorylated NF-H from a variety of species.Uses Neurofilament NF-H Polyclonal AntibodyThis antiserum is effective in immunoblotting and immunofluorescence (IF). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:10,000*
