This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone 11A50-B10 Form Beta Amyloid 1-40 (11A50-B10) Monoclonal Antibody, Biotin Labeled (SIGNET)Biotin Labeled Antibody (in PBS; no preservatives or carrier proteins) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Human, Mouse IsoType IgG1 [Ab] 0.5 mg/mL Specificity Reactive to the c-terminus of beta amyloid and specific for the isoform ending at the 40th amino acid. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. Storage Beta Amyloid 1-40 (11A50-B10) Monoclonal Antibody, Biotin Labeled (SIGNET)Do not store antibody diluted below 50 ug/mL in the absence of protein (i.e.: add 2% bovine serum albumin). It is suggested that the total volume is aliquoted upon initial thaw. The antibody is best stored undiluted at -20°C to -70°C.
