This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Antiserum, sterile filtered (in PBS; no preservatives or carrier proteins) Host Presenilin 1 Polyclonal Antibody (SIGNET)Rabbit Species Reactivity Human Specificity Signet’s rabbit anti presenilin 1 antibody reacts with the human presenilin 1 protein. The antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with presenilin 1 peptide (TELPAPLSYFNRKC) conjugated to KLH. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation (IP). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000
- IP: 1:1,000
Storage Store at -20°C or below. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent denaturing the antibody.
