Description 
Purified Polyclonal Antibody against Factor VIII Related Antigen
(Formerly Signet Catalog Nos: 115-01, 115-16 L1 Predilute, 115-26 L2 Predilute)Intended Use ** In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) ** Form Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Factor VIII Related Antigen Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Human Specificity The Signet anti-Factor VIII related antigen antibody produces cytoplasmic staining in normal vascular endothelial cells of arteries, veins, capillaries, and endocardial cells. Factor VIII related antigen is also present in megakaryocytes and platelets.
This antibody was developed using human Factor VIII Related Antigen.
Concentrated Format:

Prediluted Formats:
SIG-3115-16 [6 mL]
SIG-3115-26 [6 mL] is ready-to-use with Biotin-based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution Factor VIII Related Antigen Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ≥1:40 (concentrated format) with Biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmasking solution such as Retrieve-All 1 (SIG-31910).
Incubation: 20-60 minutes at room temperature
