Purified Polyclonal Antibody against Lysozyme
(Formerly Signet Catalog Nos: 255-01, 255-16 L1 Predilute, 255-26 L2 Predilute)Intended Use ** In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) ** Form Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Lysozyme Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Human Specificity The Signet anti-Lysozyme antibody reacts with muramidase-containing cells, principally histiocytes and granulocytes. This antibody was generated using purified human lysozyme.

SIG-3255-26 [6 mL] is ready-to-use with Biotin-based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).Uses Lysozyme Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ≥1:40 (concentrated format) with Biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: Not required
Incubation: 20-60 minutes at room temperature
Notes Positive tissue (human): Tonsil - IHC: ≥1:40 (concentrated format) with Biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).
