保存条件 Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -2℃ . When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.

胶原病的一种。俗称风湿即指本病而言。多见于40— 50岁女性，自然治愈者并不少。发病初期是以指关节等小关节的关节炎为主要特征。 70— 80%的患者可查出变性（热变性）丙种球蛋白的抗体（类风湿因子 rheumatoid factor）。由于自家抗体的抗原抗体结合物沉着在关节的滑膜上，这可能是病理发病或者说至少是病程迁延、慢性化的原因。然而由于下列理由，对自家抗体的意义还是有疑问的。（ 1）健康人也有类风湿因子阳性者；（ 2）患者中也有类风湿因子阴性者；（ 3）不能产生抗体
