一般描述
富含Ser-Arg(SR)的蛋白质构成功能和结构上保守的磷蛋白家族，并且是替代性和组成性pre-mRNA剪接的必需组成部分。SR蛋白的特征在于其模块化组成由两个目标结构域组成:用于确定DNA结合特异性的N末端RNA识别基序(RRM)和RS结构域（富含精氨酸和丝氨酸的C末端结构域，充当SR蛋白的穿梭和定位导向器以及剪接激活结构域。它们参与前mRNA剪接的各个方面和剪接体组装，包括；剪接位点的识别和分配，以及选择性剪接调控的操纵。
免疫原:含有非洲爪蟾SR蛋白的纯化卵母细胞核。
应用
使用经WB、ICC、IP验证的抗磷酸表位SR蛋白抗体，克隆1H4（小鼠单克隆抗体）检测磷酸表位SR蛋白（也称为富含Ser-Arg的蛋白）。
