Protector RNase抑制剂（40 U/μl）储存液：20 mM HEPES-KOH，50 mM KCl，8 mM 二硫苏糖醇, 50% 甘油（v/v）pH 7.6左右（+4°C）。
Protector RNase抑制剂可广泛灭活各种RNase，包括
- RNase A
- RNase B
- RNase T2
- 在cDNA合成反应RT-PCR期间或体外转录/翻译反应过程中保护mRNA（在传统热循环和qPCR系统中）
- 在体外病毒复制期间保护病毒RNA
- 在RNA分离纯化期间抑制核糖核酸酶

- 帮助制备不含RNase的抗体
特异性
Protector RNase抑制剂完全不会对RNase T1与RNase 1造成影响。Protector RNase抑制剂（20 U/ 20 μl反应）能够抑制多达1 ng RNase A，160pg RNase B以及0.03 U/μl（反应体系）RNase T2的活性。
RNase H的活性不受Protector RNase抑制剂的抑制。
热灭活：> 65 °C
