细胞培养器材的选择：从大小来讲，细胞培养瓶约可分为约600ml，250ml，50ml和25ml的，一般都经过表面改性处理，适合细胞贴壁和生长。600ml 、300ml的多用于大规模培养时用（如单克隆细胞的培养等），50ml的多用于一般性细胞实验用（一般性的传代，保存细胞，为实验提供细胞等），25ml一般是用来复苏细胞或细胞较少时的培养，还有做原代细胞时也可以做多瓶而避免交叉污染。当然还有其他如圆形的等，都可根据个人爱好和实验需要自己选择。 根据细胞培养瓶制作材料的不同
