应用备注 ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
Western blot: Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 49.1 kDa according to NP_004487.2). Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6 µg/mL. Additional bands of unknown identity were also consistently observed at 37 kDa and 26 kDa. These bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Prostate shows nuclear staining of secretory cells. Recommended concentration: 5-10 µg/mL. Data obtained from a previous batch (different goat). This antibody has been successfully used for mouse embryonic stem cells.
