Specific activity: ~ 90 U/mg on xylanase degraded wheat arabinoxylan (at 10 mg/mL, 40°C, pH 6.0); ~ 28 U/mg on wheat arabinoxylan (at 10 mg/mL, 40°C, pH 6.0); ~ 4 U/mg on sugar-beet arabinan; ~ 0.1 U/mg on p-nitrophenyl-α-L-arabinofuranoside.
Stable at 4°C for > 4 years.
